These comments are long overdue as we`ve been enjoying this place for some time now without stopping to give credit. This place is always packed and you can see why. The food and service are exceptional. It`s everything you want from a neighborhood diner and all you`re favorites are here. I love the outside patio in spring when we can bring our dog. There`s ample parking, great coffee, friendly faces but come hungry and be prepared to wait because word has definately gotten out about this place. I would have loved to take some photos but everytime I`m served here, I`m too anxious to dive in and ruin the shot.

Believe all the hype. It's 100% worth it. I finally got a chance to try this location out. And they had so many different kinds of pancakes. I had Chilaquiles because you know me and Chilaquiles. They had a great flavor to had all the appropriate toppings The pancake that we got was macadamia nut, bananas and grilled pineapple. It was amazing with the coconut syrup. I can't wait to go back.

The BEST biscuits & gravy!! I'm not even close to joking. The Eggs Benedict were great too. The hollandaise sauce was perfectly balanced and the ham was all flavor, no fat yuck. My husband got the chocolate pancakes and he said they were some of the best he's had. I can't forget the FRESH squeezed OJ... delicious! It was packed on a Thursday morning, but we were seated quickly and the food was prompt. The service was fantastic.... Cherry on top is the portions...HUGE! I didn't see anyone leave without a to-go box. If you leave hungry and not satisfied, you're probably doing life wrong. IJS

The food was amazing! The pancakes are fluffy, savory, and made to order. Our entire meal was super satisfying. Our server was able to upstage the food with her warm friendly service, attention to detail, and her ability to juggle multiple tables with speed. The entire restaurant has a baseball theme and is warm, family-friendly, and one of the best breakfast spots in the city. You have to try Batter Up! Keep up the incredible job everyone!

So many options!! Typically I don't like pancakes yet I did enjoy the old fashioned pancakes here! Ive honestly never had a pancake that enormous in my life. That being said all the portions are plenty enough to even share. If you do try one thing here please do try the freshly squeezed orange juice. Service was quick and efficient, prices were reasonable (considering the enormous portions), decor is traditional dinner. The Main entrance being towards the back of the building is the only thing that threw me off. Other than that it's great! I can see why they are quite busy, even on a weekday.
